Beginners cake baking course

  • • Introduction to baking theory
  • • Baking vanilla / lemon / chocolate cakes using the creaming method
  • • Baking sponge cakes – Black Forest / White Forest
  • • Making butter cream
  • • Using whipping cream
  • • Making fondant and using it in basic cake decoration
  • • Making cupcakes and cookies
  • • Costing and pricing of cakes

Monday sugar flower class

KES 3,000

You will learn:

  • • How to make gum paste from scratch
  • • 3 flower types
  • • Filler flowers & leaves

Registration

  • • Register by paying 50% of the total cost
  • • Balance payable on reporting day
  • • Payment through M-Pesa Till No: 852489
  • • Continued mentorship after training

Requirements & notes

  • • Bring an apron and a hairnet
  • • All ingredients & recipes are provided
  • • You carry home all your baked products
